Why So Serious?
Facilitated exercises guide participants through deep emotional expression, playful movement games, and meditative states in a safe container.
Through community supported somatic mentorship and emotional expression, you can reclaim your joy and revitalize your body. This class combines opportunities for somatic release, laughter, singing, and dancing in such a way that students begin to discover their inner child and rewire conditioned neural connections.
Emote to clear out.

our method
We've gathered techniques from the traditions of western psychology, modern yoga, indigenous medicine ceremony, folk celebration and intentional community life to hold this transformational container.
Rediscovering Play
We incorporate, exploration, experimentation, and spontaneity into each session to enhance cognitive flexibility and bring back wonder to the world.
Somatic Release
We teach skills to strengthen your boundaries and know your body better. This gives you the confidence to engage in deeper connection while feeling safe.
Community Healing
We use scientifically backed games to create a sense of belonging among each group, rekindle our sense of playfulness, and create a safe space for
vulnerability.
