Urban Strategy

Travis founded Gridling Global after graduating from MIT in 2012 to serve clients with Urban Strategies. His first client, Taurus Investment Holdings, would pave the way for a global portfolio of sustainable projects in clean energy and smart cities. Since its founding, Gridling has served clients in 20 countries across four continents through the Public Private Partnerships, Smart City Strategies, and Sustainable Infrastructure Design.

 

Gridling’s clients include Fortune 500 companies, Investor Owned Utilities, Private Equity Funds, Municipal Governments and more.

Travis has served both corporates and governments as an intrepenuer and maintains board seats on non-profit and startup companies to serve as an expert in the Cities market. His career is founded on developing pathways to major systems transformation through collaborative efforts that bring together academia, federal agencies, local government, and the private sector, like the Community Energy Initiative and the Smart Utilities Program.

Today, Travis proudly serves Shell (Renewables and Energy Solutions) as their Lead for North America, City Solutions.
